The Brewers Apprentice menu is inspired by seasonally available, locally produced ingredients. We use our passion for regional and fresh ingredients to produce interesting, flavourful dishes.
How fresh ingredients are can play a factor in the taste of food, the best ingredients are those that are brought to the restaurant fresh, refrigerated, and used before they get to the point where they have to be frozen to be preserved.
Have you ever eaten a salad that has sat in the fridge too long? Fresh vegetables are full of taste that can blast throughout your mouth. When you use old vegetables in dishes, though, you are just not going to get the taste out of them that fresh ones would give. That is why our chefs always use the freshest vegetables and proteins that they can get their hands on.
We are a member of the exciting Monteith's Concept Bar family and putting the ideas together and making it happen has been a vision of the owners with clarity better than 20/20 for the last 14 years.
